Tiffany Silva, M.S. CCC-SLP
I’m Tiffany, a bilingual pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist. My passion is to empower children to communicate, connect, and thrive. I believe that every child has a unique voice and the potential to express themselves fully. I employ a play-based approach to therapy, incorporating fun and interactive and sensory activities that resonate with children.
I’m New York State licensed with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and hold a certificate as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) and a bilingual extension in Spanish. I earned my B.S. from Queens College and my M.S. from Adelphi University.
I specialize in early language development, late talkers, preschool speech and language, speech sound disorders (including Childhood Apraxia of Speech), Picky Eaters, Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism, and AAC.
I’m trilingual in Spanish and Portuguese, and proficient in American Sign Language. I attain certifications in level-one PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets), level-two PROMPT (Technique Practicum Project), level-three PROMPT (Bridging Workshop).
